"Katerina's food is pretty good but their customer service isn't the best. They 100% do not provide everything you have paid for. Me and my coworkers have placed numerous orders and each time we either didn't receive the beverages or a portion of the platter is in correct or missing. These platters are supposed to come with specific food items and beverages. They need to do better. My last time ordering two days back no beverages or specified food item. Please CARE enough to DO Better by your customer. y"

"One of my new favorite diners in nyc! I came one Saturday for brunch and the diner was packed. We grabbed a booth and ordered the vegetable omelette and corned beef hash. My omelette was stuffed with so many good veggies and the hash browns were a perfect golden brown. Not sure if you can tell by the picture but the portions are huge. A great bang for your buck if you are in a budget. Can't wait to visit again!"

"Absolutely the best diner!! You have the most amazing pancakes (belief cake pancakes are my favorite!! but everything you order is delicious! I never had a bad meal! The staff is also super friendly!! Can't say enough positive things!! It is a must try!! You're not sorry!"
