"A picture is worth a thousand words. See the photos of the pizza they charged me $23 for and asked why i was charged by the slice rather then $14 for a large pizza. Horrible! Unfortunately, photos don 't reflect unfriendly customer service. Used to like the large thin crust from Sbarro 's 10, 20, 30 years ago. It 's gone downhill to the point where I will not be returning again! I also wanted to mention I selected four slices of pepperoni and four slices of cheese so they could simply reheat them and I could get home cuz I was in a hurry with my daughters. Instead they decided to bake me an entire new pizza and have me wait when I told them I didn 't want them to do that. Didn 't take 8 minutes like they said it took 35 minutes because they burnt the first one. After I asked if I could simply take four slices that are already made and I 'll reheat them when I get home she insisted no no no I 'll make another Pizza so I waited even longer with an impatient seven year old and hungry 11 year old. What a disappointment! What a horrendous Pizza I received. He asked me to contact customer service. Why should I bother? They need to retrain their staff or replace them. Reached out to customer service. They simply stated Thanks for letting us no Sbarro CSR you can find me all over the internet. Reach out to me and provide me with a replacement large pizza. I was in the Cool Srpings Mall yesterday and walked by Sbarro. Ordered a slice and large $14 pizza to go. It was much better. Crispy and the new staff were great! Huge improvement! I 've changed my rating from 1 to 2 stars and will post 5 stars and remove the pictures since they no longer reflect the quality of your product currently."

"Very rude and disrespectful cashier. When attempting to make a payment my card would not go through and the cashier got irritated and was telling me to tap which was hard to understand because of his accent. He then yelled at me and grabbed my card from my hands and started aggressively tapping my card on the pin pad. My card does not have a tap feature, otherwise I would’ve tried that. Don’t understand why you would talk to a customer that way when they are paying you money. Don’t go here. Subway has much friendlier service. If it’s late just get a snack from the vending machine."

"I came in November 30th, on a Tuesday.. I was visiting family, and I stopped inside the mall to do some early Christmas shopping. My family and I were having a great time. Until we got hungry and decided to get Sbarros. An employee named Heatherhelped us. She was very rude, and we were very disappointed in our experience. I would have given 5 stars if not for her."

"Sbarro is your basic fast food Italian food place. They serve up stuff besides pizza but if I were you I'd stick with the pizza and garlic bread since that is what they do best. Hopefully you'll catch them when the pizza is fresh and the variety is fully stocked. I like the plain cheese and pepperoni. They use a LOT of cheese so beware, it can be a bit oily but is good."

"Their slices taste better than the slices at sbarros back in NY(sbarro is not the best pizza in NY only to tourists??‍ . Pricey for the small size of the slice though, definitely not a XL slice. "I have been going to the Crenshaw mall for years but their worker at Sbarros Yessica is so rude she made me leave as she wanted to charge me each thing separately instead of charging me for one combo. Before me, there was another lady ordering and she began arguing with her too for no reason. I had seen her previously being rude to other people and today it happened to me too. Please watch who you hire because people like her scare customers away."

"I am a regular at the outlet stores and I always get what I need. Although I rated a 5, I’m very disappointed that Jockey, Travel Pro and now Eddie Bauer are closed. And there is only 1 food stand at the food court, other than Starbucks with limited food across from the court) the others have also closed. I enjoy sitting and having something to eat during a day of shopping, rest and then continue shopping —not having to walk out of the outlets to a surrounding eatery and walk back, because at that point, I won’t return. This is not like any other outlet I have been to—all have a variety of food. Any plans to bring a food court back? On a great note, I do love the remaining stores, it is clean and the restrooms important) are also clean and well stocked."
