"I chose this location due to the ratings and the Aerodynamic experience in the tall wine storage area. Ratings were poorer due to the missed allergy even though we were asked multiple times and the missed anniversary which was noted and given at booking. (Would have given a 4 star at least)It was our 8 year Anniversary and as we looked around, our anniversary wasn’t celebrated as others around us. Wasn’t certain if it was because we are same sex couple or other reasons. Our server was attentive at the beginning of our arrival and very accommodating but as soon as a food choice was made it changed when we preferred to try the winter tasting menu together even though it was small portions-which was fine, because we had an event earlier that kept us a little more fuller a couple of hours before dinner but we still wanted to enjoy our food experience regardless of what we decided. But Allergies were forgotten once the desserts came out. An almond granola dessert with green apple ice cream, when we were was asked what the allergies are at the beginning, and one was “Almonds”. (Very disappointed) even the food server was respectful to knowing there’s an allergy but we mentioned to her as long as it wasn’t hazelnuts or almonds the others are fine.I will say that the ambiance was nice and the Aerodynamics was an experience, The host was the only one to acknowledged our anniversary at check in. Thank you Host.So two things fell short of our experience that we thought would have made our choice in gratuity better, anniversary acknowledgement and attentiveness to specific allergies (respectfully shared 3x) because of this, our experience wasn’t as enjoyable as we had hoped."
