"I stopped into Kearney last weekend to visit a friend who lives there. I told my friend to show me some of Kearney 's best food and I had pretty low expectations of a smaller Nebraska town. I ordered the Goan Shrimp Curry and my friend ordered the Reshmi Chicken Kabab. We got a side of garlic and onion naan with mint chutney as well. Oh. My. GOSH! Both of our our orders were absolutely divine. Goan Shrimp is usually my go to at Indian restaurants and Everest Fusion 's takes the cake. If you aren 't looking for something spicy, get this. It 's creamy, buttery, and melts in your mouth. My friend 's chicken kebabs were moist and flavorful and I couldn 't stop stealing from his plate. The naan was also fantastic and paired with the best mint chutney I 've ever had! This food was so good I made us order it again the next day. Seriously. In addition to the great food, all employees were wearing masks, the staff was so friendly and weren 't afraid to have some fun, and everything in our order was tightly wrapped and secured for the ride home. I will make it a priority to eat here whenever I visit in the near future."
