"Both the food and service were disappointing. It took an excessively long time for our meals to arrive, and when they finally did, several orders were missing. The food was poorly prepared, lacked flavor, and some dishes were served cold. Our server seemed disorganized and frequently grumbled about having to navigate to the third level and back down to our table on the first level. I would not recommend this restaurant at all."
