"I visited the restaurant today, September 17th, around 2:30 PM, and I had a disappointing experience with one of the staff members. This is the second time that it has happened to me. She engages in conversation and distracts you, but fails to provide your receipt. It's frustrating because I miss out on points for rewards because of this. I won't be returning as long as she's working there. I can't help but feel like she might be keeping the receipts to scan for free food."
