"The reason for 3 stars is because of my rib dinner I received. If my ribs would've been as hot and easy to pull of the bone as the other 3 rib meals we ordered it would've been 4—5 stars. But mine came out cold and it was too chewy, as if undercooked. The sides were fine. And my family's ribs were really good. BBQ sauce is really good, food comes out fast, and the service is super friendly."
