"the service was terrible. thanks to the capacity of the hostess over the demand for a high chair, then were ignored for 20 minutes until we wait another table to place our order. our waiter never spoke to us as a scary fell. he was walking around the waiter station all the time and seemed more interested in organizing that than with the couple of tables he had. the food was under average, small portions. this hotel looks good, but the service is a complete catastrophe since we arrived and that extends to villard. look somewhere else for breakfast and look for a hotel stay somewhere else and if they think to stay here."

"We had dinner at Mikey's before a show at the Pabst Theater. This is a great location near the theater and parking. Food was excellent so was the service. We arrived early 5:30 so very little crowd at the time. It seems to be a popular late night bar scene for the younger crowd but perfect for a casual dinner before a show. The burgers and sliders were excellent! I would definitely return to Mikey's again. Our waitress went out of her way to make sure we had a great time."

"It’s a sad day in Chicago, after 30 years of going to the restaurants at the Drake looking forward to the famous Bookbinders soup, they absolutely ruined it. Totally unrecognizable, what a shame, it used to be full of chunks of red snapper I had such a flavorful broth the stuff they serve me was awful. I won’t be back"
