"OK so let the race begin!!! I drove over to this place from queens ny the websitesays that it opens at 12 but didnt open till 12:30 . So once it opened I went to the bathroom it was clean but no paper towels to dry my hands then as I sat down they immediately told us that the menu wasn't fully open cause they didn't have enough food and stuff. Then the guy telling me this ask what we wanted to order so we made it simple 4 Pollo guisado a cabllo maduro and as soon as I said this he said oh Ima hand u off to the waitress she can do it since your order is easy .... so in my head I was saying why bother to ask us I let that slide. Next we tell the waitress and literally 1hour later we got our food but no beans and no maduro and drinks everytime oh in between ordering our drinks the waitresscept walking away. I told the waitress and 10mins passed and then she brought out burnt beans then told us there's no maduros but the guy assured us that everything for that meal they did have so I guess she lied to us just cause they messed up then the chicken was baby size half peaces . So we showed them the burnt beans and it was going to be another 20mins for none burnt beans so I said w.e no thank you . So the check came the card machine didn't work and we had to pay with cash app ghetto means . To top it off it was full priced never again would I go he $108 down the drain the food was not over the top. We wasn't the only table that had problems"
