"My wife and I were married at the Ritz Carlton 25 years ago and were quite excited to celebrate New Years with friends in the Lobby Lounge. I’m sorry to say everything was barely passable to unacceptable. I realize we are older than the average crowd there but the musical entertainment was weak and terribly out of character for an establishment the level of RC. I expect to pay a good amount at a 5 star location, but the tiny portions and very mediocre food were very disappointing. On top of that, when we were presented with the bill which was to be split, I was charged one half and the other party the full amount. This was remedied of course, but sure didn’t look very good after everything else. Once again, I’m sorry to report this after all my good memories there. I think they can do better."
