"the staff was so nice, our waiter was great. I wish I could remember his names! eating was good and plentiful. I ordered the delivery from here before, but never ordered the mile high muddy cake because I thought it wouldn't transport well. I was thrilled to try it since we were fed, but the waiter said they were no longer on camp and had three weeks. I owe it to the persistent supply chain. because this location is located in the shopping center northridge, there were many parking spaces and we waited only about 3 minutes to take the spot. the place was clean, but there was a girl that showed up directly at our table while we were sitting there, and there was no quick sweep. a person in our party was really upset. She should just sweep if nobody's at the table. other than that, great experience. I will certainly continue to have made deliveries and occasionally dinate."

"This restaurant is a mess. Poorly managed and it shows. We waited ten minutes even though we placed a ?call ahead?. After being asking to sit at a table, the hostess had to ask her manager for permission. ????? When we were seated we noticed how empty the place was. Plenty of staff to go around and serve but what struck us as odd is that the endless fries were all luke warm at best. Took about ten minutes to get a fresh round before the meal. There was three out of four meals that had issues. Mainly food temperature and quality. The Donatos pizza wasnt anything like the real donatos. A big disappointment and it wasnt piping hot. The remake was over cooked and burnt. The double burger was overcooked the first time and was charred and filled with gristles on the remake. Not to mention missing toppings. The female manager was more into eating her meal than visiting our table. I went to our waitress with her manager st a table eating and expressed my discontent. She took the burger off the bill without apologizing. I know its tough times but if I go out and spend good money to dine, I EXPECT hot and fresh food properly prepared. It all starts at the top. This place need new management and a team meeting of the minds. Dont waste your time and money until then."

"This Burger chain restaurant offers a wide variety of vegetarian and vegan options, which is quite impressive. Their Veggie Burger with a vegetable and grain patty is hands down the best vegetarian burger I have ever tasted. You have the option to leave out the cheese to make it fully vegan, or simply enjoy it as is if you're a vegetarian like me. I like to add an egg for extra protein and it's absolutely delicious!"

"Our appetizers (fried pimples) were burned to a crab. The server refused to apologize. We asked for no salad, tomatoes or onions and all this came on my burger, as the server also refused to put the order supplements into the system. She said she would refill my empty water and if the food runner would get it out after my whole meal was finished. If you want a beautiful burger, do not waste your time here and go down the road to Buffalo Wild Wings or literally any other restaurant with burgers."

"the vegan burger option is good, but would be better with a bungalow instead of a salad leaf (see PETA website for the vegan bungalow options.) the impossible cheeseburger on a vegan bungalow without a cheese is also very good. they can place the impossible burger on every burger on the menu if they want something else!"

"I was very disappointed for the cost of our tab. My choice of a burning love burger with impossible patty was soggy and sloppy. I was able to get through maybe a quarter of it. When I was asked if I wanted a box, I actually said that I didn't like it and I was told that it was a bummer. No effort to correct my discontent or hunger. It was not busy, but we also had a long wait for drinks refills and were almost finished eating before we want more from our groundless sides. Lackluster is waiting for employees and service for the price. It was the first and only visit of my family."

"We used to love going to Red Robin and were regulars, but this recent visit was the worst we've ever had. We tried to order appetizers on the self-serve kiosk, but it wasn't working. Eventually, we ordered our appetizers and entrees together. The appetizers were delicious when they finally arrived, but after waiting 30 minutes, our entrees still hadn't shown up. Finally, a server who wasn't even assigned to our table brought out our food, which was cold. The chicken on my daughter's dish was burnt, dry, and hard. She tried to eat it but could only manage one bite before giving up. My burger was barely even room temperature and the fries looked like they had been sitting out for a while. I didn't ask for a remake because I was worried about the staff "retaliating." Sadly, we will be saying goodbye to Red Robin after this disappointing experience."

"Okay, here are some suggestions. I understand that this is a casual, family-friendly restaurant. They have a large selection of beers. The pizzas, made for one person, were delicious. Surprisingly, the fish and chips were also very good. The Yukon chips were a standout. However, they only offer two white wines and one red in a wine region like California, which is a bit disappointing. Also, the payment and comment machine on the table needs improvement as the user interface is not user-friendly."

"Had lunch here Yesterday with my Son upon arrival at our table, the waitress took our beverage order and asked if we would like something to start and suggested fries or onion rings. My son ordered the onion rings, and we found out later that apparently unlimited fries are included with a burger. Some time later the onion rings arrived, all 14 of them in a single tower (I think they were around $8 or $9) they were large but nasty, very greasy and made our mouths burn of salt. The two sauces that came with them were also very nasty salty, we were able to choke down a few by smothering them in ketchup, but could not eat most of them. – I guess for the money we also got “all the onion rings we could eat”. We took them home and gave them to our dogs which immediately had to go outside and vomit.? ! I could not find a simple hamburger on the menu, so I ordered the simplest I could find a fancy sounding cheeseburger. My son ordered some other “hamburger” when they arrived they were to tall to get in any normal person’s mouth. I had to diss-assemble mine to be able to eat it. It was pretty standard, except for some relish-ketchup, etc concoction which did not taste all that good when sampled alone. – Again a lot of salt. Other than the fancy sounding names, nasty sauce (again) and being impossible to fit in our mouths, the burgers were not all that special, and not all that great. I’ve certainly had more better for a lot less… $35.00 for two hamburgers and onion rings, my son had a soda, and I had ice water!!!! WOW! Even though our server was friendly, the service was only adequate, nothing special to justify the expensive price of the not-so great meal!"

"My daughter brought me to dinner and we had an explosion. The waitress we had was the best. I've eaten twice at this place and I've never been disappointed. The food was fantastic. I love the garlic fries... Well, that they never end... my son is a very picky eater who must have a certain way or forget his burger. If it's not right, he won't eat...
