"This appears to be a nice iHOP, as the restaurant is clean and well kept. Our server was jovial, attentive, and happy to accommodate our dining needs. I ordered their version of a turkey dinner (similar to what I offered at Village Inn, which is my favorite . The portions were a bit smaller and not served with any cranberry (sacrilegious in my book! , whereby the server graciously substituted blueberries (which were excellent . The toasted piece of bread was a bit too garlicky for my palate. Overall my choice of entree with mashed potatoes and broccoli was fair, yet filling. Thanks."

"Just had a late lunch at this newer IHOP. The restaurant was clean, modern, not really crowded at 2pm. Our server, Erin, did a great job of taking care of me and my mother. She got our orders correctly taken, drinks delivered and noticed the sun streaming in and lowered the blinds without being asked. The food was cooked to perfection and brought out nice and hot. Thanks Erin, for a enjoyable meal!"

"We ordered online to pick up food on Thanksgiving Day. Unfortunately due to the holiday they were understaffed and had a plethora of online orders plus they were busy with dine in customers, so our food wasn't ready until 35 minutes after our originally scheduled pick up time! But they were courteous and offered us drinks while we waited and once we got the food to our final destination and ate it, the turkey dinners were delicious! So worth the wait! I would highly recommend the IHOP on Soledad Cyn in Canyon Country anytime!"

"My waitress was Maria and she was super sweet, very attentive and had an amazing personality. You can tell she loves what she does. I wanted to treat myself because it's my birthday weekend and I had a taste for some chicken fried steak. My steak was nice and golden cooked to perfection! My eggs were over medium and I've never had over medium eggs in my life, but I enjoyed them. My hash browns were nice and crispy. My pancakes were light and fluffy. Overall, my experience was more than satisfying! The restaurant itself was very well kept and clean. I'll definitely be back!"

"Upon arriving at the restaurant, I was unsure if it was open, but we soon discovered that it was just not very busy. We arrived at 7pm and found only a few tables occupied. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. I suggest going during their happy hour, which runs from 3 to 9 on weekdays. The service, however, left something to be desired. The wait staff seemed inexperienced and made several mistakes with our order. The location was also difficult to find, even with Google Maps. They could benefit from a more visible sign to help customers locate the restaurant more easily."

"The restaurant was quite busy, but our party of eight was seated earlier than we expected, which was a pleasant surprise! Our waitress was excellent—she delivered our drinks promptly, took our orders efficiently, and ensured we received our meals in a timely manner. "Not the greatest breakfast experience I've ever had. Our server got switched 3 times, 1 of our drinks got messed up. Took a very long time before we got our food, and then when we finally did get the eggs were very bland, had to add salt and pepper and salsa just get some flavor. The most positive part of our experience was our waiter he was very kind and patient, genuinely seemed as frustrated as we were with the circumstances. All in all the only reason I dont mark it at 1 star is because of the very nice waiter (NICHOLAS) who seemed very exhausted and overworked. I wish that gentleman the best of luck cause he has a great work ethic, just hope his coworkers begin to try and do there part so that the servers aren't so overwhelmed with problems."

"Striking out on meals this trip. Just came back from ihop for lunch. Here’s my review : We’ve eaten hear numerous times and the food was always great. Today at 2pm we were the only people dining. The staff was super friendly and attentive but the food was subpar in many ways. We all got the happy hour specials all $6. The classic burger was well I over cooked with wilted lettuce and a sting piece of onion. Served with French fries that could have used an oil change. The BLT was served with undercooked “toast” and overcooked onion rings with the same nasty oil. Then there was the buttermilk chicken sandwich. The chicken was so I over cooked I couldn’t even cut it with a knife. The cheese was like gov’t cheese and wouldn’t melt. The lettuce was wilted. Left most of it behind. The fries also were in old oil but vinegar helped mask the flavor. Guess we will stick to breakfast here"

"I have been coming here since I was a kid. Heard the place was burnt down awhile ago and I was so broken hearted. But so glad they fixed the place up so that I can continue coming! Now I bring my own family here and it is still in its glory if not better than before. My kids especially love it. Everyone who works here is amazing and a blessing. Shout out to the management and chefs as well! The food and coffee are never a disappointment. And definitely the best I hop in Texas! Where else can you watch fighter jets fly by while enjoying breakfast? No where. Keep up the amazing work I hop!"

"There was something waiting, but what do you expect on Saturday afternoon? The food was fresh and the service was decent. I really enjoyed the Spicy poblano omelet. As a father for two children in diapers, I really think they have a change station in the men's room. It is still surprising if a place of business that does not provide men. My only grip was that I never got a refill on my coffee and never got a cream. Apart from that, it was a good experience."

"I enjoy having breakfast for dinner and since this restaurant serves breakfast all day, it was an obvious choice for us. We decided to do takeout. My pancakes were deliciously fluffy. My only critique would be that I wasn't a fan of the frozen butter they provided. My husband loved his omelet, saying it was delicious and still hot when it arrived. "This restaurant is absolutely fantastic. The servers are incredible and incredibly patient. Delilah, in particular, was extremely patient, even when a plate broke. She always had a positive attitude, even when we accidentally bumped into her. She was so kind and never seemed annoyed, even when we asked her numerous questions. We came in with a group of over 30 people and she handled them all with ease. She even remembered all of our orders, despite the large group! She deserves a raise! We will definitely be returning to this IHOP whenever we come back."

"The strawberry New York cheesecake my husband got was amazing with the small pieces of cheesecake in them. He was happy. He also had Hash Browns and was pleased to see when he asked for cheese on them, they loaded the cheese. They were cheesey. My Cinna Stix pancakes should die. The best pancakes I consecrated. They even had cinnamon filling between pancakes and not just all the glaze above. I was impressed how much the cinnamon glaze used it and really didn't need a syrup. As for the interior of the place. The wood on the chairs is carved and peeled, and they used napkins to even get out of the table. It was clean. You can't help, it probably just needs a remodel. Hit my waitress Amy Lou. She was attentive, but not disturbing. She was very kind. I didn't even feel she was floating or angry. Our table never felt abandoned, and it always ensured that our drinks were filled when we wanted them. The whole staff seemed friendly and friendly to any customer who went in the door. They all had smiles on their faces and even if they didn't really enjoy their job, you couldn't tell about the smiles and friendly behavior."
