"During our initial visits, a well-organized staff member efficiently managed the bar, hosted guests, served food, and tended to five tables—all while frequently visiting us to ensure excellent service. On the third night, three staff members were on duty but struggled to keep pace with a similar number of patrons. Our server only came by twice to take our order and deliver our food; she did not return to check on our experience or offer drink refills. I had to catch her attention to ask for steak knives and sauce.
The other staff members appeared to be focused on cleaning, and the manager only stepped out briefly. Overall, while it's a convenient spot for dining, those looking for more options may want to head to 23rd Street, where there's a whole block of restaurants to choose from."
