"Ordered a smoothie 2 months ago and after waiting 5mins I realized they forgot to make it.Ordered another one today and paid for a medium but I received a small. What upset me is that they asked me how to deal with the problem like it was an annoyance to them. They offered to either redo it but kind of hinting that they didn’t want that, or offered me a dollar credit to spend in the store. No apologies for wasting my time again. Keep the dollar as my final farewell tip."
