"The Bergholz German band put on a fantastic show, interacting well with the audience. The food was enjoyable, however, our waitress seemed unaware of our presence which resulted in a 15-minute wait before being greeted. Additionally, it took another 10 minutes to receive a draft beer that was filled well below the top of the stein. Despite this initial setback, the evening proceeded smoothly."
