"I was extremely disappointed with my recent visit to this restaurant. Despite booking two weeks in advance, we were made to wait 15 minutes past our reservation time. The seating we were eventually given was not even a table, but a bar stool against a wall. Unfortunately, our spot did not have any heating unlike the rest of the restaurant. When I asked the waiter if we could move closer to a heater, my request was ignored. The food we received was served cold, and our water glasses remained empty throughout our meal. Despite asking for the check, we waited an additional 30 minutes before it arrived. Overall, the service, comfort, and food quality were all lacking during our visit."
