"I've been getting the same dish here for around twenty years and I'm always worried the quality isn't going to live up to the nostalgia but it does. It just does. Every time. I don't know how they do it. Personally the only thing I want when I come back to Staten Island is Fresh Tortillas, specifically the black bean nachos with shrimp, jalapeños and cheese. And a Mandarin Jarritos. Then you've got to go a few doors down to get a scoop of ice cream, but that's a story for another review. I've never seen somebody unhappy with their meal here.
