Today before I ordered door dash, I called the restaurant directly to find out which broth is gluten-free. I am (99% vegetarian so would normally choose the vegetarian broth, but I was told the only gluten-free broth is shoyu. So when i made my door dash order I ordered the 3 gluten-free options (noodle, tofu, shoyu broth . And then 2 minutes after I placed order, Kaybee (sp? from the restaurant called me back. She recognized my door dash order after my phonecall and wanted to let me know the soft boiled eggs arent gluten free (marinated in soy sauce . I thought that was really awesome they care about their customers to pay such attention and be so proactive to warn me . Oh... and the gluten-free egg choice would be fried, btw."
