"Good food and service is also good. I got Fajita Jalisco and my wife got the #11 combination. Always big portions too. The only drawback is the hostess/owner is not the best host. There is always a lot available in a very small waiting area with many open tables. She has a great staff, but will leave the host for a long time on micromanage. But the food is good and also the rest of the crew!"

"We never had a bad meal in La Mesa. Definitely a family-friendly environment my son and I love going out for a Bros night. Free chips and salsa are always a plus. Super cool Mexican decor and the menu has some DE-LISH-US entrees. Steak Chile Verde Colorado is stupid. If you can take the heat, the MOLCAJETE is super hot dish from the sky. La Mesa is muy muy bien!"
