"I ordered the Hawaiian burger, which lacked seasoning, but was still tasty. It was a good burger, but not as juicy as described online. I have had better Angus burgers in the past. The toppings on the burger tasted fresh, but I probably wouldn't order it again. The crinkle cut fries were really good and they served a generous portion, which I enjoyed. It was probably one of the best crinkle cut fries I have ever had. In terms of service, it took a while for someone to come to the register and take my order. When I asked for a recommendation, they suggested the Nashville chicken sandwich and tried to suggest a combo. They forgot to give me my drink, but brought it to me once I sat down. I also noticed some questionable practices, like filling sauce from a big container into smaller to-go containers in front of customers. Perhaps this should be done in the back. The ambiance of the restaurant is modern, with all metal seats that aren't very comfortable. The decor seemed generic and they could benefit from adding more tables as the space felt empty. There were some words on the wall, but nothing particularly special. The exterior of the restaurant looks somewhat uninviting, so most people opt to dine inside. There is ample parking available nearby, and the restroom was clean when I visited. They didn't have paper towels, but they had a hand dryer."

"It takes a lot for me to rate this low.. but the entire experience just was not good.45 minute wait. When we finally get seated, and I wish I took a picture, the table cloth was filthy. Took 10+ minutes before we were greeted or acknowledged. Another 20 before drinks came out. My minestrone soup was lukewarm at best and the plate it came out on had food splatters all over it. Not saying it was dirty but come on guys...take 5 seconds to wipe plates before you bring them out of the kitchen. My entree, which was the garlic steak sandwich, was the exact same. Presentation was horrible and it tasted like yesterdays steak. It was so chewy and literally just thrown in between two pieces of bread with nothing else . I 'll also add that the table bread we got was the same exact bread the sandwich came on...basically just a toasted hoagie roll split in half and thrown in a basket. Really??Our server, who 's name I don 't think we ever even got, she was so all over place and didn 't seem to know anything about how the menu worked. I guess we didn 't either. My dad ordered the salmon and we were both under the impression it came with a starter, baked potato and ice cream based off the way the menu described things. Wrong. Which is fine, but a little compassion or gentle explanation would have been nice. My dad is 80 years old, we haven 't seen each other in over 6 months and he was really excited for this dinner. When we asked about the sides and the ice cream our server was so rude and she made my dad feel stupid. I also overheard our server saying similar things to a table next to us. So maybe the menu needs to be worded better? Idk.Just really disappointed. Maybe it was just an off night for everyone but I don 't think I 'd go back. My dad used to own a restaurant back in the 80s and I 'm in the industry myself and we were both just really bummed over the entire experience.$106 would have been better spent somewhere else. The second star is solely for the hostess that was working last night. She was a sweetheart and rockstar."
