"The Sommelier has no scruples. I ordered a $190 bottle of wine but was offered the next year vintage because the vintage I ordered from the wine menu was no longer available. Even though the vintage I was offered was not listed on the menu (and no clarification of price was mentioned), the price on tab turned out to be $375 instead of $190. This is unacceptable for an establishment such as Del Frisco’s. I might add that my wife started with a menu with food stains on it and our surf and turf trio filets (we ordered 3 of them) came with all 3 seafood toppings over cooked (at least the filets were cooked wonderfully as I would expect from Del Frisco’s). I hope the manager has sense enough to get in touch with me about this issue."

"We dined in to celebrate a birthday and the experience was less than desirable. The restaurant seemed to be packed and over crowded which could be the cause for the poor service we received. From late and forgotten order items to an over two hour wait for our food. The manager seemed to continuously write us off with promises of our food being delivered soon. At one point he told us 2 minutes as a response from asking to speak with the manager, he meant two minutes more for our food to come and it was another 15 minutes. This location seems to be run down and the crowd was loud and there was a drunk gentleman obnoxiously parading through the area we were seated in. I don’t see us returning here as the food quality was no compensation for the poor service. My dynamite shrimp were dry and over cooked. The crab cakes were quite mediocre and nothing had the quality of the price."

"The Waygu is a must!! We made the double-agle table tasting. It turned out to be so much. The portion sizes as you can see were great. Japanese A5 Waygu had incredible taste and cooked to perfection. Absolutely just melts in your mouth. The meatballs and desserts were also amazing. The pages were okay. Service was excellent. Server ensured that we always had everything we needed without constantly being at our table. A little louder in the dining area than I wanted, but overall such a great experience."

"This restaurant is in a great location with nice views and lively atmosphere. If your looking for something more quiet and intimate look elsewhere or maybe they have sections that were less busy than ours was. Food was delicious overall. My only reason for the four star is that the steak was very good but not excellent. The lemon cake dessert however was very memorable. Our waiter was professional and efficient and all in all recommend this restaurant without reservation. Suggestion would be to ask for more guidance in ordering your steak so it will better meets expectations."
