"Gave a three for service cuz it’s not the waitresses fault that the restaurant sucks. She was nice. Otherwise, I do not recommend this restaurant. Got the breakfast special. The bread was old, the hashbrowns were disgusting (inedible) and the whole place is so run down IDK how it’s legal to serve the public food for consumption. It’s dirty, things are held together with duct tape. The over all experience there was a -1. Do Not Recommend. Worst breakfast in the city."
