"Papa John's Pizza is a franchise situated on White Plains Road in a questionable neighborhood. Despite its location, the pizzas are delicious. They used to sell slices of pizza, which I thought was a great idea, but I haven't seen them doing so since the pandemic. However, I would give it 3 stars for the lackluster ambiance. It's not because of the neighborhood, but the restaurant could use some improvement."

"This Papa John's location in the Tampa Bay area is without a doubt the top choice. The food is consistently hot and fresh, with unbeatable taste. This can likely be attributed to the excellent manager, Joe. Joe has been nothing but kind and welcoming since our first encounter. He always greets us with a smile. "A few pizzas on Friday, August 1st by phone. Somewhere my order was mixed and they gave me one I didn't order instead of the one I did. The guy who answered the phone was really nice about it and got my replacement to me in a very timely way. I prefer the garlic that the pizza hut puts on her crust. But if you have employees like Pappa John's, I honestly can't complain. Pappa Johns has always held a positive stand with me and if something is not correct, they will fix it. Thank you."

"Our staff consists of a diverse group of individuals with different personalities. I have been working here for 4 months and while I acknowledge that our business may not be perfect, I am confident in addressing any questions that may arise. Our lobby has been temporarily closed and this has been in effect since I started working here. Employees are required to have their temperature checked and wear masks. We are unable to take orders after 4pm as this is our busiest time and we may not have enough time to assist customers with their orders. If customers have a large order, we ask that they please notify us in advance. Orders can be placed over the phone or online. Occasionally, we may have to close the doors due to being short-staffed, but we appreciate your patience. There are signs posted on all doors and drive-thru windows explaining why we are closed and how to contact us. Thank you and have a great day."

"The owner of this restaurant has anger problems and an unacceptable attitude. Despite these issues, we frequently order from this place because we work nearby. Unfortunately, they consistently give us the wrong orders. When we try to return them, the owner accuses us of taking more than we brought back at least three times now. Despite having surveillance cameras, he refuses to review the footage when we ask. Overall, this owner makes the experience at this restaurant terrible."

"Do Not go to papa johns located on 1204 Hempstead turnpike, uniondale ny 11553 Customer service is very rude and lackadaisical!I went into the store after being placed on hold for over 30minutes just to be ignored in person and told to wait 5 minutes to be served, which then turned into 15minutes at the store after being placed on hold for over 30min!The guys working behind the counter kept walking in and out of the store with no regards to take my order!very disgusted and will not spend another dime at this establishment!"

"Terrible customer service . Hard pizza and both pizzas wasn?t cut. Absolutely unacceptable, save yourself the trouble and go to a different papa johns . I?ve never had these problems before but their manager had a nasty attitude (Danny) and ik disgustedwith the whole experience. I will be speaking with a higher up . The photo shows the pizza being darker on the bottom u canbarely see it but it was hard on the bottom and the line u see cut is from us at home .
