"Visiting from out of state, my group stopped at Nixta for takeout, ordering the beet tartare tacos and cauliflower tacos the items clearly listed as vegan on their menu. Both were absolutely delicious! We also ordered the seasonal salad with smoked squash, sage, toasted pecans, and pomegranates, which they said they were veganizing for us and that was one of the best dishes I've ever had. Only complaint: when I referred back to the online menu to prepare this review, that seasonal salad was listed as vegetarian but not veganizable, so I'm confused.
