"Worst Panera ever! We sat in their drive thru for 35 mins with 2 cars in front of us and then when we order they inform us “they don’t put cream cheese on bagels” which is very odd but that’s fine. The part I don’t get is we don’t have knives in the car to cut them in half or a toaster to toast them with in our vehicle. They handed us out 1 small container of cream cheese for 2 untoasted and uncut bagels. We had to drive all the way back home to eat almost $10 worth of food we prepared ourself."

"Usually like this place, but I've started doing rapid pick up and it has been disappointing how many times my order is messed up and I don't realize until I get back to my office. They have left out a pastry when I ordered a pastry and a pick two, they left out my baguette with a meal once (tragic), and the most recent visit, they just forgot to grill my grilled cheese:(it was just cheese on bread to eat with my tomato soup! "I came in early on a Monday morning and needed to order sandwiches for a broker open house. As Ashlyn started on my order, customers began pouring in. She was the only person taking orders at the time and remained professional, poised, patient and as sweet as can be. She is a gem."
"Expensive but delicious. Would be nice if they could at least fill the soup bowls more than half full. How does 1 small half sandwich, with a half full soup bowl, tiny bag of chips and a small drink cost almost $16. Im missing something. there was literally 13 potato chips in this tiny bag. lol"

"They don't cook their beget side bread more then the way they get it from corporate. Don't expect a crispy exterior. Came 45 mins to close and was told they are doing Togo only because they are already cleaning up. I'm sorry, but do you not set time after close for that? They also are not the best at making sure they don't run out of ingredients."
