"I've lived in Jersey City for 5 years and didn't get a hot meal of Krispy in the handful of times I tried. In any case, half-cook or precook their food. Recently I got Nonna Pizza, and the whole cake was cold, the crust was stale, and from order to delivery was about 30-35 minutes, not enough for a pizza to chew as the condition in which this was. I called the store and they denied this and offered no comfort, and almost pointed out that I was cold over my pizza. Yea, I'll do this for good times and kick Saturday night... Fortunately, my order was through GrubHub and they offered a full refund. Do not be fooled by the shaky Instagram videos, this pizza in consistently underwhelming. Go to Brooklyn for the OG Krispy, but stay far away from the Paul Hook location."
