"We tried this place after not returning for two years due to poor service. We decided to try again to see if something has improved, nope! We waited 45 minutes for eggs and the girl forgot my toast. I had to ask her twice. A nearby customer saw my frustration and told the waitress to not forget my toast after receiving her coffee. The same nearby customer said, We know the service is terrible, but we like the food. However, we always leave super frustrated! When I did receive my toast, 15 minutes later, it was not even toasted. The waitress also responded with yeah to customer requests, was sloppy, and disorganized. The cooks in the kitchen are slow as molasses and are just goofing off and not working. The table next to us, party of four, waited 15 minutes before even being acknowledged by the waitress, then another 15 minutes for 2 coffees and 2 waters. The owner is never present but he does not have good people to run this place in his absence. WE WILL NEVER RETURN."

"fabulous! great server, lovely atmosphere. calamari appetizer was excellent sausage gumbo had a rich velvety broth that was reminiscent of the best NOLa gumbo! skirt steak sandwich was just fabulous and cooked exactly as I requested **** rare, no questions, no errors. definitely a good choice! best new place in the neighborhood in a long long time!!!"

"The only thing I can say that is constructively criticizing them, is “they did not read the open table reservation where I had requested to be near the band since I was associated with them”. They immediately tried to seat me in a back room until I mentioned that my reservation had requested to be in the main room where the band is. They did finally come around and seat me where I wished. If they couldn’t accommodate me, that would’ve been a different story, but not even a word was mentioned as they tried to see us in the back room. All was good."

"Found a new spot! Got breakfast here and it was so filling, not greasy nor salty, everything tasted great. The atmosphere and interior was neat and beautiful. My husband loved his seafood and pasta. I believe it was the owner walking around checking things out which is nice to see. The waitress was sweet and attentive. For morning the music was a bit on the high side but overall it was amazing!!! Def coming back again!"

"I wanted to love this place because it looked like a small, local spot. After 50 minutes of waiting, I decided to just get my order to go. When I got home, I saw they had my order wrong. I told them twice how I couldn’t have sour cream, but my burrito was filled with it. I wasn’t able to eat it and felt like I wasted my time and money."

"Service was incredibly fast personable. Food was prepared very fast and so fresh that I had to give it a few minutes to cool down. The best part was how exceptionally tasty the food was. My spicy steak tip skewer was cooked to rare perfection with every bite seemingly juicier than the last. My chicken teriyaki rice bowl was also the bee's knees. "Let's start with the pitcher of Margaritas, excellent and cost-effective. 2 people had two drinks each. I had the shrimp fajitas and I was a little disappointed it didn't come out on a skillet plate but they were amazing nonetheless. My husband got the dish scene in the picture which I don't remember the name of but is chicken beef shrimp a pork chop vegetables cactus all seasoned and served and a hot lava bowl. He LOVED it. The restaurant had an atmosphere of your favorite friend's home. It was extremely clean well organized and well lit and the staff was friendly . Love this place and will stop by anytime I'm in Norristown or the surrounding area. We highly recommend with a chef's kiss."

"I arrived at the restaurant to celebrate a birthday and have dinner after hearing great things about the food. However, when I arrived for my reservation on time, I was informed that there were no tables available for dinner. I checked Open Table again and saw that there were still two available times for dinner reservations, so I am confused as to why I couldn't be accommodated. Not only did my evening turn out to be a disappointment, but I also wasted money on valet parking. My girlfriend mentioned wanting to return, but I will not be coming back."

"OMG.... I passed this place a week ago and it looked nice and thought I would try. The food was so good. I started with a special margarita and the loaded nachos. Then we had the cattle emanadas that were good and very crispy. Overall the food was delicious and the ambience was so beautiful and the place was completely new. The staff was very attentive and quick and friendly. Looks like a hidden gem for me. I also have friends in the area who spoke very high of this place. Look at this place safely. And also... the Churros were delicious!!!"

"the food, service and drinks were great! the only part was when I booked on an open table. they asked me if I would celebrate something, and I said yes, my birthday. when we were on my server, I asked if we would celebrate something and I told her I wrote about it on opentable and she didn't know that. then she said she'll take care of us, okay for me to give me a piece of cake or a draw ice on the house, not a big thing. we ordered a dessert to share it, and I was hoping that they would only give it as a complementary one. we paid for it and again it is not a big thing. it was just a dessert, but don't ask what the reason is if they don't support it. "the atmosphere was very solid. the white sangria is delicious. the chips and salsa were very satisfied. the combo Fajitas tasted great the steak was soft and tasteful, the same for the hugging and garnel. for the $30 tab, you got two discs steak, two of huh and two small garnels over twirl and paprika. very small amount of protein for the money. the manager said the prices had risen. no excuse for such a tough part. tears, drilling and guacamole were common and they were not plentiful either. I don't think I want to go back because my money is worth it and I don't appreciate this facility."
