"We arrived at 6:40 and were told 3 entrees were already sold out! We ordered some apps and were told another entree was sold out. We ordered a medium rare filet and it was well done. When we told the wait staff they assured us it was NOT well done. But they offered to cook a new filet. The cioppino was great as were the angry shrimp. I guess when there is entertainment on the mall, you need to eat at 4 to get the whole menu. A bit disappointing."

"Used to be a huge fan of this place. Great drinks and a few years ago they saved me from a bad and aggressive date.. was a huge fan of their sister location near Union Square. Poor service 30+ minutes to take an order at 3pm on a Saturday because I'm not a 20-something basic Betty from FIT. $20 Drink was more tonic with hardly any gin. No straw was served with the drink.
