"bar was not full, but service was extremely slow. the personal had no personality. all wore masks....withdrawed me out. vaccines and boosters, but they still force their employees to mask. that's a choice. the salate was very mediocre. the taste of the white ragu tajarin had a good taste (for extra garlic, but they missed it). I traveled to italy, my family owns an osteria and I travels far for a living, it is the first Italian I ever served italy without brot. I would have asked for some, but the service was very slow and I would have done until they brought it. the heavenly bramble was very good, but again I only ordered one. it was just not a good atmosphere or experience. I'm not back."

"we recently searched for new restaurants near and stumbled on toscano Italian cuisine in cedar park (where gino was earlier) we decided to try it on a Wednesday night. I must confess that I am a rather hard critic when it comes to Italian restaurants, many years worked as a cook in an Italian restaurant. my meal at tik is a pleasure to check here, and I hope readers find this helpful! the staff was warm and friendly, and we sat immediately. service was great, attentive, but not intrusive. the meal begins with free freshly prepared brot and an olive oil/garlic/Picke mix that was deelish! although we are not in the regular, as this was a new place for us, we decided to try some appetizers. we ordered the cuddly and fried cheese/ zucchini. the muddles were plentiful, and served in a fantastic white wine butter mushroom sauce. we ordered a second broth basket to suck the extra sauce! lol the fried cheese zucchini dish was served piping hot, and included a marinara and ranch dressing to dive. both dishes were fantastic! for the most important courses we shared garnelen portofino, redfish portofino and kalbsmarsala. the dishes came hot, the portions were plentiful, and the fish and calf were super fresh ... well prepared, skillfully fed and artistically presented. we enjoyed a bottle justin cab with the meal, half price bottles wein on Wednesday! for dessert we decided on the Basque style cheesecake, with candied pecans, hot honey and bourbon sauce. the perfect end of a wonderful meal. a word describes the meal in general ... stupefacente! (this is italian for amazing!) although we sat in the dining area, we checked the bar area on the way out. the bar area is very well ordered and welcoming. Let's try it next time. very much recommend tik, check it out the next time you’re in the cedar park tx area."

"This was the first time I’ve been to Blackwall Hitch. It was relatively quiet because it was a Sunday evening. The entire experience exceeded my expectations. We made reservations and were sat pretty quickly. Our server was lovely and made wonderful recommendations. The filet mignon was perfection as well as the chocolate mousse cake. I cannot wait to go back!"

"Even for a typically slow Thursday, it seemed like a restaurant as good as Umberto's should have been much busier. The atmosphere was pleasantly old school, just like our dinner. We started with a bowl of delicious lentil soup and garlic rolls. For our main course, we chose the meat lover's pizza, which was the perfect size and had a variety of amazing toppings. The crust was also delicious! Our bartender, Jeff, was attentive and made us feel like regulars. The large screen TVs were all showing sports as well. This is a place that still holds onto old world values, which is becoming increasingly rare in today's South Florida. Thankfully, Umberto's still has it! We will definitely be returning."

Unfortunately, it seems that the incredibly busy tempo carries on everyone. eating was not as good as usual, seemed to lack seasoning and pasta was overcooked and gluten-free. we didn't send it back because everything took so long (3 hours of meal to finish) the staff was overtaken when we overheard a server that called another name, we waited 20 min. for our reserved time and overall it was only 't the dispatch of an old friend we hoped for. the only reason why I write this review is to inform the restaurant as they still have 3 months to make some changes to accommodate this incredibly busy time and continue to be a fun time for their customers when they know where they are missing. we wish the owners and employees everything good and will surely miss them! thanks for great memories."

"My family and I came here for my Aunt's birthday. Place looks pretty fancy and elegant. Kind of pricy but you're getting a dinner and a show. The music is geared more towards an older crowed (loved it though). Our waitress was so awesome. She was so patient and nice. When you check-in you get a free appetizer of anything under $10. I ordered the hummus. It wasnt the best... But hey it was free! They also give you this olive oil and feta cheese with sliced bread... It's so hard to stop eating. I ordered the gyro platter. So much meat! They definitely give you a generous portion. Not the best gyro plate I have ever had.. Mediocre. Our favorite part was definitely the belly dancing and their house margaritas. So much fun for a group. The dance floor is opened if other want to dance too! I would definitely come back."
