"I absolutely love this place! There is a lovely young lady with Down syndrome named Carlee who works there, and she is the sweetest person you will ever meet. I may be a bit biased because she is my sister, but everyone adores her and she loves her job. Sara, Kris, and Kellie (the general manager) are also fantastic. The staff there are all wonderful and the food is delicious. I especially enjoy the cheese steak sandwich, as they offer many unique options that other places do not have. As someone who has worked at a sub shop for 7 years, I can be quite picky about my sandwiches, but Firehouse always exceeds my expectations. If you ever visit, be sure to say hello to Carlee! Also, their pickle spears that come with the subs are amazing - the best pickles I've ever had."
