As more people arrived to find the restaurant, the noise level raised a small but, making subsequent conversation a but more difficult. "Guaranteed good meal everytime! I love coming here for breakfast, lunch or dinner. All of the food is fresh authentic you can taste the love! They are always accommodating to kids who may want one part of the meal not the other. One of my favorites is the tres golpes (mashed plantain, fried cheese, fried salami, fried egg pickled red onions) it is always delicious! Don't forget to try their fresh juices empanadas! I've ordered from here before for large empanada orders (30 60 empanadas) and they are always made fresh hot. I recommend this restaurant to everyone, great food, great service, great prices."

"If you are looking for the perfect trip for couples or groups, with entertainment and DELICIOUS food this is the place!!! Today my friend and I celebrate our anniversary. We have made reservations at Paco's Way to try their tasty paella after seeing so many great posts on their Instagram. Let me tell you, they have not been disappointed! We ordered the Paella Mar y Tierra, freshly made with many seafood, chicken and pork sausage. When you are brought out, the server puts the paella for you perfect portions for two! We also ordered a side of the Plantanos maduros, the perfect sweet bite to pair with the savory paella. Since we came on Tuesday night, it was very quiet and there was no entertainment. However, this made for the perfect, cozy and intimate experience for our anniversary. We will soon be back for full experience and for more Paella!! A great thank you to all the staff who are very sweet and helpful."

"this was our first time at this place, not almost as busy as the location on hall blvd. we had a reservation, but they didn't need it. our waiter came by quickly to begin and was attentive during our visit. they brought the children for the first time what I know to some is fantastic, but we don't really like that. our children are a little older, so they don't have to eat first. I will make sure that we ask that all food be brought at the same time when we eat there. otherwise we all enjoyed our food and had a nice time. her child menu has a lot of options, which is fantastic!"

"Service was terrible. Food wasn?t all that great and they are way to expensive for the way they treat their customers. Me and my husband steadily had to ask the waiter to come to our table he never checked on us. Then when he brought us the check he said I want to appreciate y?all for being so patient with me. Then after checking the receipt he decided to add an 18% tip on to our bill for his self. Got to the front to pay and I asked them how can they put their tip on theticket without my permission because to be honest he didn?t deserve that much of a tip and let me state this there were only three tables in there they weren?t busy at all."

"I used Open Table to request a Lunch reservation for work crew of 10 with space for boxes holding our secret Santa gifts. La Palapa provided a private room upstairs, and we were comfortable to speak and joke freely. I ordered the refreshing and delicious signature mojito and the tilapia, which was cooked perfectly (not dry) served with a sauce that did not overwhelm the light fish. We all thought the drinks, food, and service were great. Returning with family, friends or for work happy hour is in our future."
