"I would not recommend ordering coffee pods online from this restaurant. If you are unable to visit their physical store, it may be best to avoid purchasing their products. I placed an order for coffee pods on the Nespresso website and was disappointed when they did not arrive after 10 days, with no notification of a delay in shipment. When I contacted customer support via chat, I was informed that there was an issue with the shipping carrier and they were unable to provide a timeframe for when the coffee pods would be shipped. They offered to cancel my order and create a new one, but I declined as I did not want to repeat the same experience. I inquired about returning the coffee machine since it was pointless to have it without the necessary supply of coffee pods. Customer support agreed and provided a return label. When I expressed my frustration on Twitter, I was informed that I could not return the machine after 30 days. Nespresso does not have a reliable shipping platform and does not seem to prioritize resolving delayed shipments or ensuring that customers are able to use their coffee machines."
