"we were placed near the dirty teller station so ambiente gets a bad rating; other table places looked beautiful. the restaurant was completely unprepared for the concerts restaurant week and symphony hall. our waitress struggled to do her best with the confusing ordering technique and the slow kitchen, but could not overcome it. we ordered the restaurant week menu all three courses and drinks at the front. even if we were there for an hour, we never got the dessert we ordered and paid. tables around us had the same problems."
