"My friend and I dined at Ornos on Thusday evening. We were looking forward to having a great experience as it's a Michael Mina restaurant. Sadly, this wasn't the case. First, our server. Although he was nice, it was very apparent he didn't have the experience. He didn't know which side to place eating utensils. We had to show him how. Second, we ordered two appetizers and two entrees. The appetizers came quickly and they were tasty. But, before we could finish our appetizers, the entrees arrived. Now, this is where things became even more disorganized. He brought different dining plates and utensils and was confused whether to take away the appetizers plates et al. We ended up having both sets on a small table. For entrees, we ordered the petrale sole and roasted lemon chicken: 1) the sole was over fried, leaving it oily and no taste. It looked and tasted like bar food. 2) The roasted chicken was also over fried, leaving it super dry and rubbery. Because of this disappointment, I wouldn't recommend it to friends or revisit it again."
