"Sat down with a table of 7 people. I think we confused the kitchen because 2 different people ordered the same thing, and 2 of us ordered appetizers as entrees. 2 different staff members came to the table to verify our orders. Both of the appetizers that were ordered as entrees came out first. The table received 2 of one entree and 1 of the other. It took another 20 minutes to get the 2nd double order. Then it came with cream, which the person could not eat. She did not tell them ahead of time she was allergic to milk, but it's not a dish that typically has cream, and the menu did not state cream. So after all of that waiting she sent it back. Instead of just apologizing and taking it off the check 3 different staff members came over to argue the point. We had a former restaurant owner and 2 former restaurant managers at the table, and everyone was about to explode at how it was handled. I will say that my salad was good (even though it came out as an appetizer) and my husbands food was also good. I hope it was just a bad night for the kitchen, but the staff needs some training on how to handle complaints."
