"Very disappointing. The young staff in the FOH were working as hard as they could with no direction, noted in the service score. The food was poorly prepared and uninteresting. The menu represented either a menu created by a chef who retired twenty years ago, with no updates or training for the kitchen or someone totally untrained. The heirloom pork tenderloin was cooked well done, the salmon was overcooked, the stuffed chicken was a dried out chicken sausage next to an over smoked thigh. Salads were basic, roasted carrots drowning in poorly prepared yogurt. Edible yes, worthy of eating or the Wyndham name absolutely not. A sad story for a graduation celebration."
