"I went with my family of 4 and another family of 3. We got seated right away, the waiter brought us water and took our drink orders and let us know the kitchen was running behind. We got our drinks in a few minutes and the waiter said she would be back after getting drinks for a 14 top, but then she turned around and asked if we were ready to order so we did. 45 minutes after we ordered she stopped by while half of us were outside and my son cancelled the salad he ordered with the drinks because it had not come out yet. 30 minutes after that she came back and got us drinks and refills. Then 15 more minutes the food came out, it was good and hot no problems with that. When we got the checks they added 18% gratuity to them even though on the menu it said gratuity would be added to parties of 8 or more and we were only 7. This was my experience the first and probably last time I will go there, it was a Saturday night and it wasn’t even full, maybe a little more than half full."
