"The baristas are super nice and helpful. My card was accidentally charged twice because the machine shut down in the middle of my transaction, and when I went in a week later to ask for a refund they were very helpful and apologetic. They didn't act like my concern was an inconvenience in the way that seems so common in businesses now when you have a question but seemed genuinely like they wanted to help me."
