We were somewhat disappointed over the entire experience. We reached Frostgelato to let her know we were a little disappointed. They answered this message: "We apologize for the bad experience. What place did you visit? We would like to provide you with a gift card for your next visit. "I thank you very much and gave them my address. Our next visit with our granddaughter has come and gone, and we have not heard of them. A gift card was neither requested nor expected. But if you offer something as a business, you should stand on it. We were not satisfied with a less than filled container for this price, the quality of their containers and especially with their honesty."
