"Overall it was great. I was going camping with my son and we wanted a big sandwich, a cookie, and some chips, half now half for dinner. Anyway, some of the service was a little coarse with some questions we had, but mostly very friendly and fast. And of course, absolutely delicious food, for lunch and even again for a campfire dinner! All the drive-thru JJ's were closed on Sundays, so this was a minor inconvenience to park and wait in line, etc. But the service was really fast and didn't set us back more than a couple minutes. Great place, great food, and great experience overall. Highly recommend it."

"If I could've I would've put NO STARS for this place. I just moved to the area and I am twelve minutes away from this location but was denied delivery. After already looking up which location would be closest to me (6 minutes away) and trying that one to which I had no response (I called 4 times), I decided to try the second closest to me. Before I could even get my address out the manager cut me off and said I would need to go online and look up the one closest to me, which I had already done. I tried explaining to her that I already called the one closest to me and they did not answer but she was just extremely rude and not helpful at all. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! It is not my fault that the other location is not answering and 6 minutes vs. 12 minutes is not a huge difference. This location is pathetic so this will have been my FIRST and LAST encounter with them. If they won't go 4 miles down the road then where do they deliver???"

"Jimmy John's is our favorite place, but it's unfortunate that they close at 5 PM. We usually plan our visits accordingly because my 6-year-old loves JJ's. The other day, we hurried to the restaurant to arrive before closing, hoping to grab some subs and head to the beach. I got there at 4:45 PM only to find two employees cleaning up and telling me they were closed. I pointed out that it wasn't 5 PM yet, but they explained that the delivery driver needed to leave early, so they were shutting down. It didn't seem fair; they could have stayed open for customers who were already there. I felt frustrated, especially having to tell my son that we could no longer get his favorite dinner. I mentioned their hours were inconvenient, and one of the employees suggested I could speak to someone higher up if I wanted them to stay open longer. I understand that many places are short-staffed, but I thought they could have managed to keep the door open for just 15 more minutes. Afterward, we went to Jersey Mike's, where the staff was friendly and welcoming. My son ended up enjoying his meal there after being upset about missing his Jimmy John’s. I guess we’ll be going to Jersey Mike's from now on."

"Something else. It's another chain sandwich shop, but it's something else. The only thing that really differentiates from other sandwich shops is the unwich they wrap their sandwich ingredients in salad instead of putting everything on bread. It's creepy, but it's gluten-free. The ingredients taste fresh, and the place is clean. The Italian sandwiches are good. I recommend if you don't want a subway or quizno, but still want a quick sandwich."

"Every time I order from here something isn't right on the order. Today was the straw that broke the camels back. I ordered two country clubs, added onion, cut in half, specified napkins on both subs. Neither sub was cut, one didn't any have tomato or onion and no napkins in the bag. It doesn't do any good to be fresk fast if the order is not made correctly. If this was a rare occurrence I wouldn't even review it but I stopped ordering some time ago because it was always a pain to not get what you ordered and then have to call and complain or deal with it. I ordered last week and it was spot on except for forgetting to cut it in half. So today I decided to order again and it was a huge miss. If the order isn't accurate how fast you make it doesn't matter.Edit: reduced to one star because I filled out the little thing the corporate rep sent me and was supposed to be contacted by store and they never contacted me."

"Love their sandwiches!! Staff are always nice!! UPDATE: I ordered my sandwiches on the app which are normally done right. Today not so much! First off, I ordered my sandwiches while in at the the Target parking lot, which is at least 10 minutes away. WhenI arrived at Jimmy John's, they hadn't even started them. FREAKY FAST? NOT SO MUCH! Then when they did finally start them theone making the sandwich kept saying no cheese, which is the way I ordered it along with differentextra items. When they werewrapping my sandwich I asked them, did you make it the way I customized it? Their answer, yes. Guess what, NOPE....CHEESE andno extras! Not at all happy with this last experience. Don't have a customized section if your not going to follow it. Hope youget it back together soon! I still love your sandwiches but disappointed with this last visit."

"as good as jimmy johns can be but the men in the back really aren’t great, they can be heard with wildly inappropriate remarks about customers, being rowdy, even tossing some food at each other! I was FLABBERGASTED when i came into the store, I only got one sandwich and while it was fast and well made, the amount of things i heard and saw from only about 20 mins in the store. I don’t know what you need to do and what trainings need to happen but they need to happen NOW and FAST or someone needs to be fired. Absolutely disgusting."
