"We ordered entirely too much food for the two of us as we wanted to try several things from a new restaurant. The General Tsos was actually spicy, the Crab Rangoon was in triangles so it was easier to eat, all of the sushi rolls were fantastic. They provided soy sauce in plastic containers we could use to dip the sushi in. Much to our surprise, they even included an extra little dish as a treat (labeled "Treat" and a very cute wall calendar. This is now one of our favorite restaurants!"

"Beware of food poisoning ordering any dishes with fruit (pineapple) due to my most recent and last meal at this once very good establishment. After informing the manager of my instant sickness I was treated like a common customer after spending thou$ands of dollar$ in the Bay Shore location over the past 10 years. This is my second occurrence of becoming ill from their prepared food from the kitchen in the last 3 years and I will never go back again. I don’t trust anything from that kitchen and trashed the entire $50 order including other dishes that came with the $20 poison chicken pineapple fried rice. The manager offered only to credit me for the poison rice not to write this review and instead I chose to write this with my name attached. I hope this serves as a warning it’s not the first time."

"Very good food. All the dishes I tried are large portions and extremely tasteful. The ONLY issue I had on several occasions is that they answer several phone calls while the customers are in the register waiting to order. You will sometimes take 2 or 3 to go commands while there is a line to the door waiting for order. No complaint."

Poor value.Potential health risk for people with dietary restrictions.First time trying this chain and definitely the last time.The sushi is passable, but it was vegetarian so less can go wrong.I asked for stir fry whatever it was (kobe garden? without the sauce but the server and kitchen didn't listen half way through I realized it did have the sauce which I try to avoid for dietary reasons (nothing medical . Thanks!The actuall quality of the steak was sub par a very poor cut that was softened with a tenderizer. Basically fast food quality at restaurant prices."

"Love hibachi and so I had to try this. Make sure to get a reservation before you come in. They have seats for just regular sushi and you probably don't need reservations for that. But I saw them turn away 3 couples from hibachi because people reserved a spot. The server will put on a nice show. He also puts lots of butter and garlic in everything. Definitely hibachi once in a while is a good time"
