"They failed to send 1 side of the chicken and refused to correct the matter. They said the only way they would consider the missing side would be if we had sent the whole order back. People have already eaten so we told them we can't do that. When the woman who came to the phone didn't help me talk to managers, and they just let me down. I'll make sure no one from this office never orders them again. The office ordered $95 lunch tipped the supplier $10. Epic Fail, never again."

"We were a little unsure of what to expect when we first arrived at this restaurant, but it turned out to be incredible. We ordered the Cosmos pizza and the Kalbs Parmesan. I am from Washington and my partner is from Texas, and we both thoroughly enjoyed our meal. We will definitely be returning to this place often."

"my family and I stopped for dinner after a walk in the van cortland park. we tried the brain cake, the lentil and curry soup and the roasted beef of the child with kartoffels. eating was amazing! my 9-year-old said it was delicious and absolutely scrupulous the owner cook is lovely and brought us to try freshly made chicken soup with brown brot. we have finished with a strawberry cupcake, ice cream with chocolate sauce and rainbow sprinkles. it was a perfect meal in a warm and friendly place. we enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere, the friendly hospitality and the fast service. we even took skorone and suppen to go for the next day. the menu has a variety (from breakfast siblings to burgers to Irish dishes), and we look forward to eating our way through them! we're coming back!"

"Wanted to support a local shop but unfortunately it was the worst coffee we have had for a long time. Ended up having to toss them, something Ive never had to do before, and then go to Tatte for a coffee that was miles better.Coffee was bitter and over extracted, the Barista working Saturday 16th got the order initially wrong and then produced these two flat whites the milk is not properly frothed for a latte/flat white in either. Furthermore, the coffee was scorching! it burned my mouth. There is no way that coffee was extracted anywhere near 200F or the milk was burned.Unfortunately by the time it had cooled down we were too far away to return to complain but we won 't be coming back anytime soon."

"VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH MY SERVICE! I am a long time customer and I have never experienced service as poorly as I did today.Unfortunately, I can’t believe the rude behavior I was treated with by A lady who works there. She hung up on me twice the first time giving me attitude cutting me off as I was speaking and not letting me explain what the issue was. I called again to ask for the manager and she did not want to tell me his name or how to spell her name.My food was burnt and there was so much inconsistency with the order. Some things were burnt, part of the order was undercooked, and also very salty…“Kerry”, “Carrie”, or however it’s spelled I will be sure to let all of my friends and family that are frequent customers about the experience I was treated with today on my birthday."

"It was the best place to eat until 2day 6-28-15 on my childbirth day when we order 2 party pizzas and in the first box is a bug in the melted cheese and when I told the store they were not there mistakes and I could have thought there that I just spent $50.00 on food and they get a bug infected pizza. Check your food b4 u eat"

"Wow, just had the Brisket Cheesesteak platter, and it was fantastic! Its made with buttery grilled sourdough toast, just perfect. The French fries, cole slaw, and brussel sprouts were great, too. Very highly recommend!"

"I ordered chicken wings couple months ago I think they were like 1295 for 10 then she said it was $26 I said the menu says 1295 and she said the price went up I canceled my order and was told that it would take 3 days to credit my debit card then today I picked up a tasty cake which had a 99 cents price tag she said it was 229 I canceled my order I love this place I live in a neighborhood but this is getting ridiculous"

"We visited Bridgewater with friends and wanted to eat with a good Jewish deli. We drove 20 miles to Goodman's and it was NOT disappointed! The cured beef was fresh, thin and packed on fresh rye bread with fresh cole-blue and Russian dressing, which was a perfect consistency. And the Pickles TO. Service was fast and very attentive. We love this place!"

"The food is ok, I went here twice to get food while I study at Panera. The first time I went I had the Avocado BLT with turkey bacon on Kaiser . It was good 7/10 portion was great. The second time I went I got the exact same thing but on rye toast. When I recieved my food they put mayo on it when I didn’t ask for it and only 2 pieces of bacon. 2 pieces aren’t a big deal but for a sandwich that costs 9.95 I would expect atleast 3. I asked for one slice extra on the Sandwich,one, and they tried to charge me $3!? I that was unbelievable especially when they messed up my order in the first place. I didn’t want it free but $3 for one slice of bacon is THEFT moving forward I will not be buying food from here because I do not support businesses that like to get over and are inconsiderate when they get your order wrong . The cashier is very inattentive and rude although she is soft spoken she was rude when I brought my food back and told her it wasn’t right. I see why they have a help wanted sign"
