I’m not sure how they manage it. Whenever I come back to Staten Island, all I crave are the Fresh Tortillas, especially the black bean nachos topped with shrimp, jalapeños, and cheese, paired with a Mandarin Jarritos. Afterward, you should definitely pop a few doors down for some ice cream, but that’s a tale for another review. I've never seen anyone leave unhappy with their meal here.
