"Piccolos Toscana is wonderful. The staff greeted us quickly, delivered our appetizers and drinks in the bar and brought our dinner requests in a very reasonable time. The food was delicious. Who knew hummus and grilled avacodo could be so good? Even two in our group do not normally like avocado loved the grilled avocado appetizer. We all finished every bit of our entrees. They were just the right size, and too good to leave even a little bit. Piccolo Toscana always delivers a wonderful evening."

He made fantastic recommendations from the fried green tomatoes to the steak even the exact description regarding the way to order the salmon for perfect cooking. The manager came to check on us as well during our dining experience. I have never been disappointed with my visits to this wonderful restaurant. We will definitely continue to return!"

"The restaurant was not very crowded, but it took 45 minutes for our food to arrive. When it finally did, it was only lukewarm and we never received our soup. We had to remind our waitress about the soup when she brought out our meals. Unfortunately, she was not very attentive. We also had to go to the bar to get a refill on our drinks."

"Service was outstanding! The Baked Brie appetizer is to die for...comes with a jam (fig, I believe), walnuts, raspberries and blueberries. The Filet Mignon was amazingly soft and tasty: our group tasted three different finishing sauces, all very good. The “au poivre” was the best. The Creme Brûlée was very good too. The noise level was high, even though everyone seemed to be talking at a reasonable level. Has to do with the acoustics of the room."

"Needed to look for something quick and cheap and I def found the spot! Second diner I’ve ever been to in NYC I liked it. The grilled chicken Caesar wrap was a bit bland to me but the waffle fries REALLY GOOD FOUNTAIN SODA (had to capitalize the letters since fountain soda usually sucks anywhere you order from) def. made up for it and my waitress had a bit of a weird attitude with my table and another I saw before leaving. I loved the vintage decor to the diner the bar looked stack which was nice to see."

"This is a wonderful restaurant! Nicely decorated, clean and neat. My wife and I are vegan and we traveled with our omnivore 14 year old son. Unfortunately for the restaurant, had it just been my wife and I the review would have been five stars across the board, as we absolutely enjoyed our meals, but our boy's steak was slightly undercooked and he didn't enjoy his meal as much as we enjoyed ours. Servers and service was fantastic and, if you are a vegan/vegetarian diner you should definitely try this place...really, really enjoyed our food (and the leftovers! ."

"We ate here the other night. The food was great, and the pizza is some of the best in the area. Have always gotten slices here my whole life, but this is the first time we have taken the kids to sit down and get a whole pie. 5 stars all way. I’m leaving a 4 star review because of the location. Concord mall is a dying star. A relic from my past. This great restaurant surrounded by empty stores is a shame. We, along with so many other people, hope to see this restaurant leave the mall for an independent location in the area sooner rather than later. As less people go to concord mall, we worry this restaurant will struggle when it is so good."

"It took about 25 minutes for our main dishes to be served, which was acceptable, but unfortunately, every roll tasted the same. The food seemed old and frozen, lacking freshness and flavor. The chicken was just a thin, chewy piece with some teriyaki sauce slopped on top. Although we initially remembered our server for her spicy mayo and extra pair of chopsticks, she never returned after bringing our food. We only saw her twice during our visit. We had to ask another server for our check, as there were three tabs open at that point, and she seemed puzzled that we didn’t want to dispute our bill. If our server had checked on us post-meal, she might have understood. Pricing is on par with other, better restaurants in the area. Save your taste buds and patience—avoid this place."

"the service was absolutely terrible. it felt as if our server had intentionally not looked at us, so that it would not have to help us go. we wouldn't see them for 20 minutes at a time. eating was nothing special and disgusting overpriced, even for restaurant week. the lobster mac was not creamy, it was almost a smoked sauce. the gorgonzola crust did not even look like cheese on my steak. $16 martinis and $6 for a mocktail?! will never come back. we were here for slow service."
