"Horrible communication. you should call 10 times ahead to confirm your reservation before going. I made a reservation over the phone for a business meeting, got to the restaurant at reservation time just to see restaurant is closed. No more meetings here again, will also inform my colleagues so they know not to book here. Very embarrassing in front of the others who were joining."
