"Service and quality at this location has continued to drop over the last couple years, but tonight sealed the deal that we will not return. The crew working struggled to find the items we ordered on the entry system, argued amongst themselves on how to make the sandwiches, then we waited almost half an hour to be given 5 of the most pathetic looking sandwiches I have ever seen and nothing close to what you expect from Firehouse. I should not be surprised because it seems like the worst example of every chain restaurant calls Collierville home, but it's a shame because Firehouse was one of the few we could count on. Oh well."

Just had the meatball sub (classic). This sub alone gets 5 stars! One of the best I've ever had, and definitely the best in the area! "Fantastic sub sandwich at great prices. We had coupons for free medium subs and it was out first time there. The kids both got the Hook and Ladder sub and I got the smoked brisket and cheese. They were delicious! I would have given 5 stars but they forgot one of my orders. I had to do two orders and the second one with mine and my son's subs was thrown away because it had the same name on it as my daughter's ticket. They apologized and made it right. The food and customer service was excellent!"

"The food is very good and the ingredients on my sandwich were all fresh. I like to know that some of the costs are helping firefighters. But their sandwiches are much smaller than what you get from competitors' subshops. I went there at 545 a.m. and there was no one in the line and only two people in the entire dining area. The guys behind the counter were friendly and polite. So it was either just a slow night or the little sandwiches are why nobody was in there. I saw more employees than customers."

"Incredible experience over here today. I ordered on the app as I've been doing lately and inadvertently skipped over the fully involved part. (For the uninitiated that's lettuce, tomato, onions etc etc all the things that make a firehouse sandwich so good! Samantha was to make my sandwich, a medium Italian toasted, but decided to hold off because it wasn't too busy and the order seemed odd and kinda plain. When I walked in they asked if I had a pick up order and confirmed if I indeed wanted it fully involved. Of course I did, that's how I always get it! Samantha got working on the sandwich while Solomon joined the conversation. Samantha got the perfect sandwich to the counter before the scheduled pick up time. Really great team over here. They could have just banged out the sandwich per my incorrect instructions set it on the pick up rack and I'd have had an underwhelming lunch. They took the time as a team to hold off on making the sandwich to ensure I'd be completely satisfied. No one really does that anymore. Most times you're lucky to get the bare minimum. Exemplary customer service deserves recognition. This team delivers. I've been to this location dozens of times and each and every time I'm greeted warmly and with smiles. The team at this location consistently delivers a quality product with a great vibe and upbeat work ethic. Free sub on your birthday is a nice touch too."

"I visited this Firehouse Subs on 07/29/22 at noon. During my visit a very new employee worked in the register. I had a voucher, a big order with some extras. The new employee was great, but didn't understand the register yet. This, when the shift management (not his name) softly entered, helped the new employee and us everything without delay or confusion. For the rest of the visit I noticed how this layered line moved the memory during the orders, the phone answered and others supported. Very good job and nice to see someone, go over at their job."

"Have never had a bad experience. The food is always freshly sliced. The sandwiches are perfectly crafted. The staff was very friendly. The prices are reasonable. I usually get the Hook and Ladder, but the Brisket sandwich is also a favorite of mine. My friend got the cheese steak and at the recommendation of one of the staff added mushrooms. "Boy I must be getting real old .This was my free birthday sub. Just turned 71 on 5/14/22 my blessing . I knew per my grandson who's birthday was in March no longer just show I'd verifying birthday , needed to have the app which I did.,but you have to go in app complete something to get a code. Thank this location assisted me to do that got my free sub. Next year will ck for all the rules if they are still doing it. "Firehouse Subs is starting to become one of my favorite go-to spots when I need a quick bite to eat. I love their Veggie sandwich, and my son really enjoy's their grilled cheese kids meal. I've been to this location 3 times now, and the service has been pretty good so far. The store and tables have been very clean on my visits, and they always seem moderately busy. My food is always on point! Everything is always fresh and the portion sizes are perfect. Definitely recommend."
