"Things were hopping at this Firehouse Subs in Charlottesville, VA today (13 June, 2021) when I stopped by for lunch. Even though this location was offering customers the option to dine-in, I opted to get my order to go and sit in the parking lot simply because of the number of customers that were arriving and the limited number of tables available inside. I went with my 'go to ' sammich today, the Italian Sub 'fully involved ' and add banana peppers, plus an ice cold Coca-Cola and bag of chips. The sub was made perfectly and I thoroughly enjoyed every bite. I went with Lays Kettle Cooked Jalapeno Cheddar chips today and they were a pleasant addition to the sub. They 're not hot by any standards, but have a little background flavor of jalapeno behind the predominant cheddar flavor. They are definitely worth a try and I 'll be looking for them again. Nice job today."
