"No disappointment until today. The customer was unfriendly and had an attitude. I felt like I was harassing her. There was a person who made Subs. Two guys had placed their orders and waited when I came in. There were a total of 4 employees I saw, but only the one galle made lower parts, while the others were not in sight. I really felt bad for her. It took a long time. We wanted extra BBQ sauce and it wasn't in the bag when I came home. The bread on all three subs was dried and my husband?s Sub hardly had a brisket on it. We are sooo disappointed, especially with the cost of the subs! The other is in this place where we have never been asked whether we want to support our local EMS in the many times we were there. His I was part of a volunteer fire brigade in Wisconsin at a point where we really believe in the support of our local community. I encourage the owner to take a step back and ask how can we improve our service? Why do we get negative reviews? Get all involved and work together as a team to continue to build an excellent business that helps a good thing."

"I eat at Firehouse all the time but I had never been to this location. This was the best Firehouse I've ever visited. My wife and I are both Hook and Ladder sandwich fans and we both agree the sandwiches were much better at this location. I don't know what the difference was, but they just tasted really good. Also, the staff was working killer hard and they were building sandwiches very quickly. They are much more efficient at this location that other locations I've visited. This is a well-managed location. I saw both the manager and assistant manager working very hard cleaning tables, emptying trash, whatever it took to keep things going. That's What I Call Great management."

"I'm giving them a five-star review now. I returned after a terrible experience with the service during my first visit. However, after my second and third visits, I've found that the food is excellent, and the owner/manager really seems to take action to address any issues. Everything has been great so far, and the sandwiches are delicious. This has become my go-to spot for quick and tasty sandwiches, just a few blocks from my house."

"Ordered two sandwiches online. A large club on white extra mayo and a NY steamer extra meat on white. Total cost 32.58. This is what we got. Both sandwiches had an unwrapped pickle spear on top of the bread. The club had no bacon, cheese, lettuce, tomato or onion. The NY steamer had no provolone cheese or Italian dressing. When I entered the shop to pick up at 4 pm mine was the only order in the rack, and the 3 employees were to busy doing nothing to even tell me that they were out of things and give me the chance to substitute. I know things are tough for restaurants but Firehouse, you have got to do better."
