"I was very disappointed by her service on 11/12/22. My friend and I decided to sit outside on the terrace, as the interior was flooded with customers. The terrace had a few others present, but still spacious. After about 10 minutes, a waitress came out, cleaned another table and sat down the guests who arrived after me. She brought them menus and continued to take their order. I and the waitress made eye contact SEVERAL times, and not even asked if I helped or needed something. After about 30 minutes without recognition of Tie Breakers staff, my party decided to go. On leaving the same waitress came out, looked right in my face, turned and went in the opposite direction. Rude and very unprofessional! She missed money for her bag and the company! Treat people always fair, you never know when to give up your next blessing."
