"I’ve really tried to give this place a chance. Every order there’s been an issue. I’d say I’ve ordered from here about five times over the past 12 months. Today was the final straw. Online ordering was open. Received order confirmation and the went to pick it up. The store was closed. Left a message and sent an inquiry through the online form. How do I get my money back? Hopefully I’ll get a call back. I know I should’ve checked but, why was online ordering enabled if the store was closed. I’ll take my business elsewhere, where I can patronize real small businesses in the immediate area with better service and a better customer experience."
